Education Specialist (Ed.S.)

Liberty University’s Education Specialist program is designed to prepare competent and effective leaders, like you, with a Christian worldview who will model high academic standards and assume a leadership role in the field of education. Courses provide specialized preparation for individuals seeking credentials for K-12 or university-level school positions. You will develop the skills necessary to assume a facilitating role in accomplishing the goals and objectives of an education system. This degree program is well-suited for the professional educator, like you, seeking a salary increase or who has a desire to pursue a doctoral degree. As a student of this program you may choose a specialized cognate area along with your core courses in educational leadership.
