Liberty University has had the privilege of cultivating relationships with several military organizations in order to provide educational opportunities to service members and veterans. We are proud to offer programs relating to transfer credit that will allow you to accelerate your path to graduation, as well as other programs to provide the tools needed to succeed in your educational and career goals.

8 Keys to Veterans’ Success
Liberty University affirms support for the 8 Keys to Veterans’ Success and is committed to supporting military service members, veterans, and their families. Learn more about the 8 Keys to Veterans’ Success.
American Council on Education (ACE)
The American Council on Education (ACE) reviews military occupations and training offered by all branches of the military to provide recommendations for granting college credit. Liberty University is proud to offer evaluations on military training and education based on these ACE recommendations. Please visit our Military Transfer Credit page for more information.
Air University Associate Baccalaureate Cooperative (AUABC)
The AU-ABC program is designed to transfer the credit hours from an associate degree from Air University toward the Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Liberty University.
Chaplain Candidate Program
The Chaplain Candidate Program (CCP) is designed to train candidates to become active duty, reserve, and National Guard military chaplains, providing seminary students with supervised on-the-job training to evaluate each candidate as a prospective chaplain. Chaplain candidates in the Air Force, Army, and Navy go through branch-specific officer training, as well as attend Chaplain School in Fort Jackson, S.C., during their summers while in the program. College of the American Soldier (CAS)
The College of the American Soldier provides non-commissioned officers in the U.S. Army with an accelerated path to completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Liberty University is proud to facilitate this program through our online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program.

ArmyIgnitED

VetSuccess on Campus (VSOC)
Liberty University is proud to offer the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VetSuccess on Campus (VSOC) program on our campus. VetSuccess on Campus aims to help ease the transition of veterans to student life and assist them in achieving their educational and career goals. Liberty has its own VetSuccess on Campus counselor Lora Nichols, who is ready and willing to offer you one-on-one assistance for a variety of specialized needs.
Yellow Ribbon Program – Department of Veterans Affairs
Liberty University, in cooperation with the Veterans Affairs (VA) Administration, is proud to offer the Yellow Ribbon Program to students with 100% eligibility under the Post-9/11 GI Bill®. This program allows institutions of higher learning in the United States to voluntarily enter into an agreement with U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs to fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate. Through the Yellow Ribbon Program at Liberty University, eligible students may have up to 100% of their tuition covered.
