Disney College Program
Disney allows students participating in the Disney College Program to take collegiate courses that are focused on an area of expertise within The Walt Disney Company. These courses are offered through Disney University and are taught with a level of academic rigor consistent with Liberty University classes. Liberty University students who are participating in the Disney College Program and who wish to receive transfer credit will need to submit an official transcript from ACE after successfully completing the course.

NYU offers more than 50 proficiency tests. Contact NYU to find out if there is a testing center in your area or find a qualified test proctor in your area. Upon completion of the proficiency exam, request an official NYU transcript to be sent to Liberty University Online Processing. Up to 12 credits may be awarded.
ACTFL Proficiency Exam
ACTFL offers over 60 oral proficiency interviews through Language Testing International (LTI). The American Council on Education has reviewed the exams and determined the appropriate credit awards based on the OPI scores. For more information about testing through LTI, please call 800-486-8444. Upon completion of the OPI, please have ACE transcript records sent to Liberty University Online Processing.

Public Speaking
DSST Examination
The DSST examination for public speaking is recommended to those who have a background in public speaking. Please review the fact sheet for this exam, as well as the minimum score requirement. This exam is offered through DSST approved testing centers throughout the United States.
Respiratory Therapy
Below are the requirements for B.S. in Respiratory Therapy students to receive transfer credit for a Respiratory Therapy License:
- Must have a COARC- accredited, conferred associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, Respiratory Care, or Cardiopulmonary Science
- Must have a current RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist)
- Must have a valid license from any state (Alaska and Puerto Rico can provide a registry certificate for this purpose)

Teaching English as a Foreign Language
Workforce Training
Liberty University awards 3 credits for EDUC 497 based on successful completion of the TEFL credential earned through Bridge-Linguatec. The following courses are approved: CELTA, BridgeTEFL, Accelerated Bridge TEFL, and TEFL Online. The weekend course is not approved. Please send an official training record to Liberty University upon completion of this program.
Liberty also accepts the advanced certification from the American TESOL Institute for EDUC 497 (3 credits).
Youth Ministry and Worship
Youth Ministry – Portfolio
Liberty University encourages you to submit a portfolio application based on competencies for youth ministry. Please review the portfolio guidelines and list of approved courses for additional information.
National Worship Leaders Conference
Certificates available in music and worship, worship leadership, and media arts, communication, and technology. Conference participants have the opportunity to receive 3 credit hours (WRSP 430 or WRSP 501 towards the M.A. in Worship Studies or the M.A. in Music and Worship) for their certificate.
