Make an Impact on Today’s Policies with a Bachelor of Science in Government – Politics and Policy

Have you ever wished you could affect the policies and trends in government? If the thought of using your conservative Christian values to enable positive change in government excites you, then Liberty University’s Bachelor of Science in Government – Politics and Policy might be the right degree to help you achieve your goal!

In our government degree program, you will study the offices and legal powers of government agencies. You will focus on the branches of government and the trends that occur during periods of conservative and liberal dominance. Our courses will also cover the political and economic thought since the 16th century and the effects of Christian influence on modern and Western ideas of freedom and justice.

Throughout this degree, you will study the issues, interests, and institutions of the American state and local government in the framework of federalism. Our experienced professors will also cover the scope, methodologies, and major schools of political science and how the foundations of Judeo-Christian and even pagan beliefs helped to create the framework for the society in which we live.
