This program provides core training in a variety of higher education topics. You’ll analyze the sociological, cultural, and psychological characteristics of college students so you can help maximize their academic growth and success. By learning about various factors that influence higher education finance and accreditation, you can help ensure the success of your institution.

Our Ed.D. program also covers unique leadership challenges and organizational procedures in Christian colleges, private colleges, community colleges, and state university systems. You will study the history of higher education in the United States as well as important issues facing modern education administrators. In addition to choosing a specialized area of study, you will complete several research methods courses that culminate in a capstone project. This final project provides an excellent opportunity to address real-world issues in higher education and prepare for new career opportunities.
