
Minor in Christian Counseling
The minor in Christian Counseling is designed to provide insight and training in the field of counseling from a Christian perspective. Students are introduced to the issues plaguing today’s care seekers, taught the modern-day search for answers and the biblical basis for a counseling ministry.
The Christian Counseling minor is supported by courses in Introduction to Christian Counseling and Issues in Christian Counseling and additional specific courses for counseling women, children, family and married couples.
Lessons are taught by some of the industry’s most renowned experts in the field of Christian counseling, such as Dr. Ed Hindson, Dr. Ron Hawkins, Dr. Tim Clinton, Dr. Gary Smalley and many others.
