Being an online student doesn’t mean you have to study alone. In this program, you’ll take several core education classes that are designed to help you develop a strong knowledge base for use in your career. You’ll study topics such as learning theory, educational research and assessment, contemporary issues in educational policy, and trends and issues in educational technology. You’ll also explore the historical development of education and compare various aspects of public, private, Christian, and home schools. By analyzing the ultimate moral purpose and nature of education, you can prepare to pursue your unique calling and make a greater impact on your students.

From there, you’ll select 2 areas of study in different education subjects – so you can take courses that align with your interests and career goals. Each area of study consists of 3 courses (9 credit hours). Your options will include:
