The terms information technology and information systems are often confused or considered to mean the same thing. In reality, they are 2 different career paths that use different skills and disciplines.
If you want to manage and refine computer networks to support business operations and protect data, then you should consider pursuing an information systems degree. If you want to be a front-end developer, programmer, or manage teams of programmers for the development of software products, you would be better served by our master’s degree in information technology.
