Welcome to a new Academic Year!

Welcome to the start of a new academic year! We are excited to welcome you to the start of your next step in your journey towards graduation. For many of you, this will be your first semester with us and that may seem daunting or exciting! For others, it will be a familiar return, perhaps even the beginning of your last semester in your degree! Regardless of how long you have been with Liberty University, one thing remains consistent. With the start of a new academic year comes a fresh start. An opportunity to work hard and achieve the goals that you have set for yourself and to move closer to that ultimate goal, graduation!
As you start this new year, we encourage you to make the most of your time with us! Engage with your classmates and professors. Do not be afraid to ask questions and broaden your understanding! Don’t hesitate to seek guidance from the faculty and staff who are here to support you or to utilize the many resources available for your learning. Our goal as the staff and faculty is to help you navigate your college experience and ensure that you get the most out of your time with us. We take your success seriously and want to help you to achieve academic excellence in whatever way we can.
At the beginning of this new year, it is important to set goals for yourself and to strive to do your best and to excel in academics. But we also encourage you to maintain balance and set aside time for your own wellbeing, self-care and making connections with your fellow students. Remember that your degree is not a race, and it is vital that you take care of yourself while you pursue this difficult but rewarding goal that you have set for yourself. If you are ever in need of support or help, all you need to do is ask. The faculty and staff around you are here to support you on this journey and our goal is to help you get to that finish line!
We welcome each and every one of you to the start of the new year. This is an opportunity to excel, learn, and grow as an individual. It is our hope that you will gain experience and good memories that will last a lifetime as you become Champions for Christ during your time with us. Embrace the challenges, savor each success, and make the most of each moment of this experience. Here is to a wonderful and unforgettable year!

To get a Flames Pass, you must have completed Financial Check-In for a current or future term, claimed your Liberty email address, have a government-issued photo ID and upload a photo online, or visit ID & campus services.
