Our Concept of Instructional Media for Student Success

Liberty University’s Instructional Media team designs and develops instructional materials for our online student body. It is the goal of the Instructional Media team to provide these professional materials to help you become a more confident learner! Webinars and tutorial videos are a great way for you to supplement your education with instructional media that can minimize stress, provide insight into processes and procedures you might have questions about, and make you feel that you are part of the Liberty University community.

By clicking either “Webinars” or “Tutorials” below, you can explore the upcoming webinars we have scheduled as well as view recordings of all past webinars. You also have access to several tutorial videos developed by our Instructional Media team, covering subjects like Canvas, your Degree Completion Plan, and Financial Check-In.

Webinars

We encourage you to tune in during the semester to 1 or more of our live-streamed webinars. Each webinar lasts approximately 50 minutes, with the final 10 minutes reserved for real-time questions to the panel or presenter.

Every semester, we present a wide variety of webinars, such as:

  • How to Turn a Job Fair into a Job Offer

Tutorial Videos

Tutorials are videos that are approximately 5 minutes or less and provide guidance and instruction on processes or procedures that are essential for Liberty students.

Our Instructional Media team has developed several tutorial videos covering topics like:

  • Degree Completion Plan
  • Financial Check-In Process
  • Getting Started
  • Using the Online Writing Center
  • Why Choose Liberty

These tutorial videos can help you be more knowledgeable and confident in many different areas so that you can focus your time and energy on your coursework.
