Course Description
In this course, students will complete data analysis and complete the writing of their dissertation manuscript. Committee approval of the Dissertation Manuscript is required for completion of this course.

Rationale
The purpose of this course is to analyze their data and complete their writing of the Dissertation under the supervision of the Dissertation Chair, with input from the Dissertation Committee Member.

The candidate will participate in three Discussions focused on providing a description of previous tasks, current progress, all communication and guidance from the chair, goals for the semester, and challenges the candidate is currently facing. Quizzes: Dissertation Progress and Draft Upload (15)
The candidate will self-report acknowledgment of weekly progress on these quizzes throughout the course. Also, these quizzes serve to show course activity and attendance; therefore, each quiz must be completed within the assigned module and should not be taken early. Also, on these quizzes, the candidate will have the opportunity to upload the most recent copy of their manuscript (or portion of their manuscript). The candidate is not required to upload anything to these progress reports, but if they would like their chair to review their manuscript (or portion of it), the candidate may upload their document to these Manuscript Development Progress quizzes. Initial PowerPoint for Defense Assignment
The candidate will prepare a PowerPoint at the end of this course in preparation for the defense. (CLOs: C)
Manuscript Turnitin Submission Assignment
The candidate will submit their manuscript to check for originality using the Turnitin plagiarism tool. (CLOs: D)
