Homework assignments are used to test mastery of the material. These homework assignments will be completed using WebAssign – a companion software associated with the course textbook. There will be a link to these assignments in each module.

Experiments will be conducted to assess laboratory and data analysis skills. They will utilize MATLAB for analysis and data capture.

The Quiz: Midterm and the Quiz: Final will test the student’s mastery of physics concepts for problem solving and also for the correct use of mathematical notation. These will be open-book/open-notes, contain free response questions, and have a three hour time limit.
