Course Description
This is the final course for doctoral candidates completing the doctoral thesis. Doctoral candidates will defend their thesis and finalize the thesis manuscript for publication.

Rationale
It is important that the doctoral student engage in research and present a capstone paper summarizing their research. The capstone thesis allows the student the opportunity to research and present a capstone paper. This final defense allows the faculty committee to confirm that the student has completed this project.

Final Document Submission Assignment
The student will complete the thesis. The student will defend the thesis. The student will submit the final thesis document to the library.
