Course Description
An in-depth investigation of existing frameworks to identify opportunities for innovation and improved user experience. The empathic design process and design research methods will be used to produce thoughtful insights.

Discussions are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to provide a thread in response to the provided prompt for each Discussion. The student will create a 10 slide PowerPoint presentation that visualizes the information from the “Solving a Design Problem Research Assignment” in a condensed and visually appealing manner. (CLO: A, B, C)
Each quiz will cover the Learn material for the assigned module(s): week(s). Each quiz will be open-book/open-notes, contain 5 multiple-choice and true/false questions and have a 15 minute time limit.
