This companion lab supports the student with the conversational Spanish skills they have learned in CSPA 103: Conversational Spanish III by providing a variety of vocabulary and practice exercises, as well as comprehensive professor feedback to enhance mastery and proficiency of the assigned language level.

Discussion: ¡Conozcámonos!

Discussions are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student is required to participate in 1 Discussion, which involves creating a video thread of 2 to 3 minutes and 2 video replies of 30 seconds to 1 minute each. The student will share details about themselves including their name, where they live, their family, career, reasons for wanting to learn Spanish, and interesting facts about themselves. The video thread and replies must be spoken in Spanish.

Quizzes: Rosetta Stone Live Tutoring Session (5)

The student will complete 5 Live Tutoring sessions within the Rosetta Stone program. Once the session has been completed, the student will complete the respective Quiz: Rosetta Stone Live Tutoring Session, detailing the session.

Each quiz will cover the Learn material for the assigned module: week. Each quiz will be open-book/open-notes, contain 4 true/false, file-upload, and essay questions, will allow for 1 attempt, and have a 1-hour time limit. (CLO: A, B, C)

Quizzes: Schedule Live Session with Instructor (2)

The student will schedule 2 appointments for the 2 required synchronous sessions with the course instructor. Upon receiving the appointment, the student will complete the respective quizzes detailing the time and date of the appointment.

Each quiz will cover the Learn material for the assigned module: week. Each quiz will be open-book/open-notes, contain 1 essay question, allow for 3 attempts, and have no time limit. (CLO: A, B, C)

Quizzes: Live Session with Your Instructor (2)

The student will complete 2 synchronous sessions with the course instructor. Once the session has been completed, the student will complete the respective quizzes detailing the session.

Each quiz will cover the Learn material for the assigned module: week. Each quiz will be open-book/open-notes, contain 3 true/false and essay questions, allow for 1 attempt, and have a 1-hour time limit. (CLO: A, B, C)
