Rationale
Organizations must have leaders who possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to design, implement, and manage an effective compensation and benefit program to support the strategic mission of the organization. Additionally, managers must be able to incorporate this knowledge with sound decision-making skills to offer both the organization and the individual the most effective and efficient compensation, benefit and total rewards system.

The student will participate in five Discussions. Each Discussion consists of two parts, the thread and the reply. Each thread must be supported by the textbook, at least two scholarly/peer-reviewed citations in APA format, scripture, and be at least 400 words excluding the reference section. For each Discussion, the student will reply to two other threads. Each reply must be supported by the textbook, at least two scholarly/peer-reviewed citations in APA format, scripture, and be at least 250 words excluding the reference section.
The student will create a Compensation Survey and Structure Assignment with required support from the current edition of the Compensation textbook, scholarly/peer-reviewed citations, and biblical integration.
Each quiz will be open-book, open-notes and contain multiple-choice and true/false questions.
