Rationale
The purpose of this course is to prepare students to critically analyze current aviation policy and regulations and how they may impact the industry. We have seen single court cases, single regulatory actions, and single legislative actions that impacted the aviation industry in immediate and substantial ways. It is important for Doctors of Aviation to know and understand the meaning and impacts of aviation policy and regulations, as well as research actions that may be taken to develop policy. The course explores aviation policy and regulations through biblical worldview, legal, economics, leadership, technology, and ethics lenses.
