CG • Section 8WK • 07/01/2018 to 12/31/2199 • Modified 09/05/2023

Course Description

Leaders in aviation must grow and develop new leaders. This course will explore and analyze how to disciple and mentor developing leaders for leading effectively in positions of higher authority and responsibility.

For information regarding prerequisites for this course, please refer to the Academic Course Catalog.

We cannot assume that good leadership will simply happen in a new job position. Leaders must be discipled, coached, mentored, and guided for effective leadership in aviation. Using a biblical worldview perspective, this course prepares aviation professionals to take action in developing their own leadership and in discipling, coaching, and mentoring new leaders.
