BUSI 888 Applied Doctoral Research Project II

This course is the second step for DBA Doctoral Candidates to develop and complete their applied doctoral research project. Doctoral Candidates will develop Section 2 which includes their methodology for conducting the study and combine it with Section 1 into a single document. Candidates will also defend their research proposal.

BUSI 888, Applied Doctoral Research Project II, is the next step for DBA doctoral candidates to develop and complete their research project. It provides a focused review of the research method that will be employed.

Discussion: Progress Reports (16)

Discussions are collaborative experiences, therefore the student will submit weekly progress reports throughout the course. For each discussion, the student will write a short, informal thread detailing his/her work up to this current module. The thread should be between 150 – 400 words. No peer replies are required for this assignment; however, the student is encouraged to read his/her peers’ threads and provide encouragement to build community.

Applied Doctoral Research Project Guide: Tasks (9)

The student must locate the task he/she wants to complete in the Doctor of Business Administration Applied Doctoral Research Project, then read the information concerning the task. Complete the task requirements. Submit the task to Canvas. After the task is submitted, the faculty member will review the completed task and provide feedback. Review the faculty member’s feedback and make any necessary adjustments to the task. Resubmit the task in Canvas until the faculty member approves the task and the student receives full credit on the assignment.
