Students will be introduced to current theoretical and applied research in a Business PhD. Emphasis will be placed on producing writing that adheres to the standards of the PhD Organization & Management and PhD Business Administration programs while providing a survey of current research.

Discussions are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, this course requires 3 distinct discussions. The student is required to create a thread in response to the criteria for each prompt. Each thread must be 300-500 words, include 2 scholarly sources (published within the last 5 years), and biblical integration. In addition to the thread, the student is required to reply to 1 other classmate’s thread; each reply must be 250–300 words. Each thread and each reply must include at least 2 scholarly sources (published within the last 5 years) and relevant biblical integration. All citations and references must be in current APA format.

The course requires a paper that evaluates the ethical and Biblical implications of a specific business theory from one of the common professional Business PhD areas of Organizational & Management Business Administration based on a framework of human dignity and Christian worldview concepts.
