This course directly supports the aims of Liberty University’s Statement of Purpose. The human resource manager must have the necessary skills to be able to effectively analyze data, make an informed business decision and communicate the results. During the business analysis process, the human resource manager must take into consideration the human relations aspect of the business decision. This ability is one of the foundations and critical required elements in which the human resource manager can strategically manage daily tasks.

Discussion are collaborative learning experiences. Therefore, the student will contribute to 3 class-wide Discussions. The Discussions will be completed in 2 parts: 1) A substantive initial thread of 400 original words in response to the professor’s prompt, and 2) 2 replies of 300 original words each to the initial threads of 2 separate classmates.

The student will complete 4 application assignments (1 Human Relations and 3 Business Analytics) in current APA format by answering various questions about assigned textbook case studies. Each assignment must be 3-5 pages in length, utilizing at least 1 scholarly article from peer-reviewed journals, published within the past 5 years.

The student will complete 4 case studies in current APA format by answering various questions about assigned textbook case studies. Each Case Study paper must be 4-7 original pages in length and will be screened by Turnitin for originality.

In an essay of at least 5 pages of original analysis and discussion, the student will integrate the Bible with multiple course topics. Specific Scriptures must be cited and discussed, as well as the course textbook. The Biblical Integration Essay will be screened by Turnitin for originality.

The student will complete two quizzes during the course. Each quiz contains 15 multiple-choice and true/false questions and is open-book/open-notes. The student will have 60 minutes to complete each quiz.
