To ensure you have access to these benefits and services, you will need to make sure you are listed in our system as a military student.

Step Four: Set Up Your Military and Veteran Benefits Funding

If you are planning to use Tuition Assistance, Veterans Affairs benefits, or any other type of military funding, you will need to take steps to ensure all documentation is submitted for those benefits. If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact your Base Education Office or the Veterans Affairs Administration directly.

We are proud to offer resources on all chapters of Veterans and GI Bill® Benefits, as well as Tuition Assistance guides for each branch of the military.

Step Five: Enroll in Courses and Complete Financial Check-In

Once an acceptance decision has been made, you will be contacted by an Admissions counselor directly to assist you with enrolling in your first courses.

For assistance with enrolling in your first courses, you may also call an admissions counselor at:

  • Online Admissions: (800) 424-9595
  • Resident Admissions: (800) 543-5317

Once you are enrolled and your military benefits have been posted, you are ready to complete Financial Check-In. Financial Check-In is the final stage of the enrollment process and allows you to verify the status of your military benefits on your account through ASIST. Our Financial Check-In Guide offers assistance to military students on how to complete this process. Please be sure to complete check-in by the appropriate deadline to secure your courses and avoid any late penalties.

If you do not see your military benefits on your account within two weeks after submitting the appropriate documentation and registering for courses, please contact us for assistance.
