The Quad Living facilities will be used for Summer Housing for traditional resident students. These residence halls offer apartment-style living and have the following amenities:
Male and female students reside in separate buildings. Males are not allowed to visit in female halls. Females are not allowed to visit in male halls.
The student is responsible for bringing the necessities for living in the residence halls, i.e., kitchens are not stocked with cooking supplies, and the bathrooms are not stocked with cleaning supplies.

Check-in will be each Sunday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at the Office of Student Housing (Green Hall, Room 1886)
When you arrive on campus, you will need to go to the Office of Student Housing to receive your housing assignment. Once there, Housing Office personnel will give you your key and direct you to your housing assignment.

CHECKOUT
Upon checking into the residence halls, students will need to sign up with the RA for a checkout time. The RAs will have hours specifically designated on Thursday night from 6:00pm to 9:00pm to check out students. Residents will be held responsible for the condition of the room and any damage incurred. Students should be completely checked out by 10:00am Saturday mornings. All residents should follow the checkout procedure to avoid additional fines.
Failure to checkout will result in a $25 fine.
The living room and kitchen areas must be kept clean, neat, and free from obstructions. Residents are expected to keep individual bedrooms neat and clean also.
Trash cans will not be provided and it is recommended that you bring your own. Please be sure to dispose of trash bags in the appropriate dumpster. Residents are expected to do their part to and not leave messes for someone else to clean up.
Every Tuesday night from 6:00pm to 9:00pm RAs will do a Community Cleanliness Check. A $25 fine will be charged to those who do not keep their rooms clean.
The University provides Summer Housing from Sunday, May 12, 2013, to Friday, August 2, 2013.
Only students who have a permanent Fall 2013 Housing Assignment will be able to stay on campus beyond July 27.

Call Liberty University Police Department at 592-3911 on your campus phone. Security and police are on duty 24 hours a day.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Liberty Way policies and regulations are in effect for all summer residents.
Pets are not permited on the residence halls at any time.
Double Occupancy
The rate for a Double Occupancy room is $15 per night or $105 for the week.
Double Occupancy means that you will be sharing a room with another student.
Single Occupancy
The rate for a Single Occupancy room is $30 per night or $210 for the week.
Single Occupancy means that you have the room to yourself. Single Occupancy rooms are limited and based on availability.
These prices do not include meals, linens, toiletries, or cleaning supplies. This rate will be charged as long as the individual's belongings are in the room and/or the key is not returned to the Office of Student Housing.
RAs will be available during Check-in listed to check you in to the residence hall. The RAs are available to assist students and to ensure compliance with Liberty University Policies.
