To help ensure that your move-in or move-out of Liberty’s residence halls runs smoothly, follow the procedures below.
Beyond Checkout Requests
Beyond Checkouts for Spring 2025 are now open. Students wishing to remain on campus past the official closure of the residence halls must submit a Beyond Checkout request in the Res Life Portal. For further need for housing, please see our Summer Housing page.
Please note the following: Roads may be closed or re-routed due to commencement activities after noon on Wednesday, May 7. All students must follow the temporary road signs, traffic cones, and officers directing traffic. Students may not be able to drive their vehicles to their dorms to load items and should only park in available parking areas.
