Converge Leadership Program Update

The Converge Leadership Program will be taking a planned pause for the 2026–2027 academic year. During this time, our Student Development team is intentionally investing in research, assessment, and strategic planning to strengthen how we cultivate and equip the next generation of student leaders.

We remain deeply committed to your growth and development. If you are seeking opportunities to grow in leadership, we encourage you to connect with your Resident Assistant or Resident Director, who would be glad to support and guide you.

We look forward to relaunching the Converge Leadership Program and will begin accepting applications for the 2027–2028 academic year in August 2027.
