I have worked as an Academic Advisor since August 2011, and I have been a Liberty University student since 2008. I finished my MBA in 2013. I truly enjoy helping students pursue degrees at all levels, and I love seeing how education improves lives. I enjoy problem-solving and working with each student that I encounter to help them complete a course, finish a semester, and then graduate – one step at a time.

I have worked as an Academic Advisor since October 2011, and have been a Liberty University student since 2007. As a current student pursuing my MA: Public Policy, I can relate to the struggles of current Liberty University students who are working full-time and have families to care for. My desire is to equip our Academic Advisors and students with the tools to successfully accomplish their goals.

After completing my undergraduate degree, I moved to Lynchburg in June of 2012 to begin working as an Academic Advisor. During that time, I have served as an individual advisor to those pursuing degrees in the areas of Education. I find great fulfillment in coming along side our online students and helping them reach their academic goals. As I value education myself, I am pursuing a Master of Divinity-Missional Studies with a desire to encourage and equip this generation for Christ.

I enrolled in Liberty University Online in 2012. As an online student, I enjoyed such a positive experience that I joined Academic Advising in 2013. I am currently pursing my MAT-Secondary Education. I enjoy coming alongside fellow students as we work to overcome obstacles and move one step closer to graduation.

I came to Liberty University in 2006 to pursue my undergraduate degree, and was blessed enough to meet my husband as well. Having married into a military family, I have developed a love and passion for military personnel. I enjoy being able to assist our students in their pursuit to achieve their academic dreams and goals. I have completed a Master of Arts in Human Services, and would love to one day use those skills as a Family Resource Officer for military families. Working as an Academic Advisor has allowed me to serve those who serve our country, and it is has truly been wonderful experience.

I came to Lynchburg and began working at Liberty University in 2011. Having studied in the medical field, I love the opportunity of assisting Nurses reach their personal, professional and academic goals. I also have the privilege of working alongside fellow advisors in an effort to support them as they serve our students.

I came to Liberty with the expressed intent of going into ministry and wanted a school that also had a seminary. As an Academic Advisor, I assist students with any academic questions that they may have and try to help them to best of my ability so that they may achieve academic success.
