With a Master of Science in Sport Management: General degree, you’ll gain a unique combination of courses in sport, recreation, and tourism. The General cognate prepares you for management, administrative and analyst roles in sports management and sports medicine fields.

Our NCAA Division I Athletics and Club Sports as well as Outdoor Recreation and Hospitality facilities will help to shape your practical experience and give you a competitive edge in your chosen field.

Your residential degree from the Department of Sport, Event, & Tourism Management is accredited by the Commission on Sport Management Accreditation (COSMA). COSMA is a specialized accrediting body whose purpose is to promote and recognize excellence in sport management education worldwide in colleges and universities at the baccalaureate, master’s and doctoral levels through specialized accreditation.
