Theatre Arts Stage Productions

Tower & Box Theaters
The Department of Theatre Arts produces six productions each season between their two stages: the Tower Theater and the Box Theater.
Tower Theater
Located in Green Hall, the Tower Theater was officially completed in 2010. Boasting 640 seats and over 12,000 square feet of backstage and support area, the Tower Theater is home to Alluvion Stage Company and Liberty’s Department of Theatre Arts. It also features a Broadway-style fly tower, a professional rigging system, catwalks, a balcony, and an orchestra pit. In addition to student-produced work, the contemporary-style theater has housed productions such as Guys & Dolls, Romeo and Juliet, Hairspray, and A Man For All Seasons.
Box Theater
The Box Theater, located in Green Hall around the corner from the Tower, had its official Grand Opening in October 2017 with the inaugural production, Wait Until Dark. With flexible seating, the Box offers a more intimate space, allowing students and audiences alike the opportunity to experience theater in a new and exciting way.
