Recently, our students wrote, directed, and performed an original production, Bloodroot, which they were invited to perform at the regional Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF).

In addition to producing original plays, our theatre department offers opportunities for experience through our professional Alluvion Stage Company, the Alpha Psi Omega honors society, and trips abroad – where you can use theatre to transcend cultural and language barriers.

    • Our theatre department produces graduates of distinction who have achieved roles in The Walking Dead, Six, House of Cards, and S.W.A.T., become the production manager for Carnival Cruise Lines, and served as a dresser for Broadway’s WICKED.

    Admission Requirements for Undergraduate Degrees

    Every application is reviewed by the admission committee on a case-by-case basis, meaning there are no set minimums for acceptance. However, all applicants must submit the following documents* for admission:

    • Admission application
    • Official high school transcripts
    • Official college transcripts (if applicable)
    • Results from the CLT, SAT, or ACT are not required for admission, but may be used in consideration for merit-based aid.
    • Admission essay

     *Note that additional documentation may be requested by the admission committee after your application has been received.
