Track Your Student’s Admission Journey
At Liberty University, we make it easy for parents to stay informed in their college student’s admission journey. Through Shared Access, you can gain permission to view key aspects of your student’s account without needing to log in as them. This feature lets you view resources like the Student Onboarding Checklist (SOC) in View-Only mode, providing the information you need to support your student without altering their account.
Shared Access ensures that collaborators, such as parents, have a streamlined and secure way to stay up to date. You can still use this feature even if you don’t have a Liberty Network Account. Learn how to set up Shared Access by watching the video or following the Access Checklist.

After your student applies, they receive a personalized Student Onboarding Checklist designed to guide them step by step from admission to graduation. This resource streamlines every form, process, and milestone, ensuring a smooth transition into the Liberty community.
