4/2024 – Procurement policies and forms are easily available and located in one place—the Procurement Document Library.

4/2024 – Don’t worry if you missed our recent training sessions, you can view all previous training sessions in our Procurement Document Library. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page labeled “Procurement Training Sessions Archive.”

4/2024 – Our bank, Truist, has issued new P-Cards for all current holders with an updated design and online features. They will be closing all current cards on 5/8/24, regardless of whether the new card has been picked up. You must have taken and passed PDFN 221 and have a cleared-out Infor account before pickup. After completing, you will (if not already) get an email notifying you to pick up your new P-Card. They are available for pick up daily from the Student Service Center from 9am-4pm until Friday, 5/3/2024. After that, you will need to make an appointment to pick up your card (Mon, Wed, Fri between 2-4pm). These cards will have a new number, expiration, and CVV – you will need to activate it to use. Reconciling will still be done in Infor as it is now. Please reference our New P-Card Pickup FAQ page for any further questions – and of course, we’re available via email at pcard@liberty.edu

If you already have a new P-Card with the below design, no further action is required at this time.
