Liberty University has fifteen schools and colleges that provide students with the quality education they need to impact the world for Christ.
Schools and Colleges
College of Applied Studies and Academic Success (CASAS)
The College of Applied Studies and Academic Success (CASAS) helps to make the academic experience a successful one. Advising Success Services gives students access to professional guidance and cultural engagement opportunities. Academic Success allows students to take advantage of tutoring services, writing services, and academic mentoring. Through Applied Success, students gain marketable skills through a Technical Studies degree or Continuing Education classes.
College of Arts and Sciences
The College of Arts and Sciences includes several departments that prepare students for lives of service to Christ:

College of Osteopathic Medicine
The College of Osteopathic Medicine is dedicated to training skilled and discerning physicians who are committed to advancing medical knowledge while providing patient-centered care with a servant’s heart.
Helms School of Government
The Helms School of Government teaches students about the biblical sources of our religious, economic, and political liberties and equips them to articulate those principles as Christ-centered leaders.
John W. Rawlings School of Divinity
The Rawlings School of Divinity offers on-campus and online education in biblical studies, Christian leadership and church ministries, and global and theological studies. Degree programs range from a certificate to the doctorate level, and our graduates are meeting real needs in their communities and worldwide.
School of Aeronautics
The School of Aeronautics trains and certifies students to be pilots (e.g., commercial and missionary), aircraft maintenance technicians, and unmanned aerial systems operators. Its programs use cutting-edge technology and training, and its graduates are highly sought after.
School of Behavioral Sciences
The School of Behavioral Sciences at Liberty University approaches the study of human behavior by integrating specific research, social practice, and the Christian faith. Here, students have the ability to develop the soft skills and gain the credentials they need for success in this rapidly growing career field.
School of Business
The School of Business focuses on developing students to serve their community and the world in accounting, finance, human resources, management, and marketing.
School of Communication and the Arts
The School of Communication and the Arts trains students to impact culture in the areas of digital media and journalism, studio and digital arts, cinematic arts, and theatre arts. Keeping pace with the latest industry standards and equipment, this program is committed to both nurturing students’ God-given talents and preparing them to be professional communicators.
School of Education
The School of Education trains educators to teach with a biblical worldview. Areas of concentration include teaching, school counseling, and leadership.

Liberty University’s School of Health Sciences (SHS) provides a world-class academic experience through an engaging, diverse, and innovative Christian environment steeped in a biblical worldview.
School of Law
Today, nearly 700 Liberty University School of Law graduates are making an impact in society and using their skills to reshape the culture by working in government, nonprofit organizations, private practices, and other areas.
School of Music
The School of Music houses the Center for Music & Worship and the Center for Music Education & Performance. It also trains and equips tomorrow’s music educators, performers, songwriters, and worship leaders.
School of Nursing
The School of Nursing is committed to Christian standards of care that incorporate compassion and service. The curriculum focuses on acquiring knowledge and building clinical skills as well as empathy and a strong work ethic.
