Transportation and Parking
Liberty University operates one of the most comprehensive transportation systems found at large institutions. Free bus services are provided as frequently as every 6-7 minutes.
A commuter bus route has been added to provide faster service to commuters living at the VUE Apartments. There is also a separate bus route that provides service to commuters living at Cornerstone Apartments.
Wards Road Pedestrian Tunnel Access
The tunnel, found at the bottom of the library, will only be accessible by those with a Liberty-issued Flames Pass. The tunnel will be accessible from 12pm – 6am Monday through Friday and 24/7 on Saturday and Sunday. During open hours, students, faculty, and staff will only be able to enter the tunnel from the campus side; they will be allowed to return from the Wards Roadside entrance the same day they enter. Each person must swipe his or her LU Flames Pass (no piggybacking will be allowed).
Parking
Register your vehicle with LUPD for on-campus parking access, and view the parking map to determine which areas you are allowed to park.
