Peer Health Educators (PHEs) are students who are dedicated to teaching and inspiring Liberty students about various health and wellness topics in order to live a life glorifying to God. They will provide peer health education as a service to all residential students in order to equip, educate, and empower them in developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The topics may include:

  • Stress management
  • Sleep
  • Nutrition
  • Physical activity

Students participating in PHE will gain leadership experience, improve their interpersonal skills, increase their health education knowledge, and grow as effective communicators. These qualities will positively affect their academic careers and, ultimately, their future professional careers.
