Assistant Director of Analytics

Born in Pennsylvania, Caleb came to Lynchburg in pursuit of education and stayed for the mountains, now calling the Lynchburg area his home. In 2019, Caleb took the leap from an undergraduate student to a staff member and joined Liberty, working in Student Financial Services. During his tenure in Student Financial Services, Caleb earned a master’s degree in biology with a focus on Molecular Medicine. In 2023, he transitioned to a new role, joining the Institutional Effectiveness and Research team. Caleb has not halted his academic journey and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology.

In his leisure time, Caleb loves spending as much time outdoors as possible, engaging in activities such as hiking, camping, and taking long bike rides. Alongside his appreciation for nature, he treasures the moments spent with his local church, where he serves on their parking team, hoping to greet every person with a smile, regardless of the weather. Caleb eagerly anticipates the upcoming season, and all that God has in store for the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research and for Liberty University as a whole.
