Purpose Statement
The purpose of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research (IER) is to promote and support data-informed decision-making efforts which lead to continuous improvement and enhanced student learning at the University.
To achieve this, IER supports University operations and stakeholders in the areas of accreditation, analytics, assessment, catalog and curriculum operations, data governance and transformation, policy, research, and reporting.
