Biography
Dr. Tammy Brown has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry serving both consumer and commercial clients in the Lynchburg area. She has served as an Adjunct Instructor for LUO prior to her current role as Associate Professor of Business and considers it a privilege to lead the next generation of business leaders into the future. Dr. Brown completed her Doctorate of Business Administration at Liberty University. Her dissertation topic was related to perceived job satisfaction and organizational commitment in small business employees in the Lynchburg MSA. Her current interests include topics in Human Resource Management and the growth and sustainability of small business in Virginia.
