Biography
Dr. Knowles holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Marketing from Walden University and an M.S. in Data Science from Maryville University. She began her career in business and has specialized in this area with a focus on marketing, data science, and analytics. Dr. Knowles is also a Professional Certified Marketer in Digital Marketing through the American Marketing Association. She maintains a Google Analytics (GA4) certification and holds a graduate certificate in machine learning. Dr. Knowles is a current member of the Digital Analytics Association and the Association for Computing Machinery. She teaches a variety of courses on campus and online at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral level and assists with assessment and curriculum development in the School of Business. Her research interests include consumer behavior analytics, marketing trends, and machine learning.
