Gaining Access
Access is granted to these dashboards based on faculty/staff positions. If you think you need access, you’ll need to get approval from your supervisor and submit an IT Helpdesk ticket requesting access.

End of Course (EOC) Survey Dashboard
Purpose: Every residential and online student receives an end of course survey. This dashboard displays the results for professors and courses.
Practical Uses: The tab titled, Average Course/Professor Score, is most important for our office. This allows us to see if the target is met.
Faculty Qualification Tool Dashboard
Purpose: To show that we have properly qualified faculty to teach courses.
Practical Uses: This shows us Active Faculty & Not Qualified (No Profile Setup), Courses with No Qualified Faculty, Faculty Assigned to Courses & Not Qualified, Active Faculty FHT – FPT Status.
Level: All Faculty
Learning Outcomes Rating Tool
Purpose: Facilitate the assessment of Program Learning Outcomes (PLO).
Practical Uses: Assessment Coordinators can use this tool to create ‘Projects’ that will connect PLOs, assessment rubrics, and Canvas courses assignments. A sample of student submissions for an assignment can then be collected and distributed to designated Raters who will use the Project rubric to conduct the assessment. Once Raters have completed their assigned evaluations, a report can be generated to document the assessment results in Planning.
NSSE Longitudinal Dashboard
Purpose: This internal dashboard looks at university means of scoring in the NSSE survey, compares with like schools, general idea of how our students are engaged. Gives a range of data for NSSE data between different years.
Practical Uses: Provide to departments for them to see the dashboards instead of a spreadsheet. This is more user friendly for those who do not have spreadsheet experience.

Purpose: The PLO and Program Review Dashboard provides a centralized location for general information about program learning outcomes (PLOs), program reviews, and syllabi review assessment schedules. Information is provided by school, department, format, program, academic year, etc. This database does not include results of assessments. To access actual program reviews or assessment designs and results, please go directly to Compliance Assist.
Practical Uses: Departments may use this dashboard to pull a comprehensive list of programs and PLOs, as well as assessment scheduling information by cluster cycle for PLO assessment and syllabi review or by program review date. The dashboard can also be used to find assessment scheduling information about a specific program or PLO.

Student Achievement SACSCOC 8.1 Dashboard
Purpose: This dashboard was created to show student success metrics such as course success rates, graduation rates, and retention rates at the school/college or program levels.
Practical Uses: Use student success metrics reported to SACSCOC for Standard 8.1 compliance to inform decisions to enhance student achievement efforts at the program, school, or college levels.

Student to Full-Time Faculty Ratio at Program Level Dashboard
Purpose: This dashboard was created to assist with compliance with SACSCOC standard 6.2.b, which requires adequate full-time faculty at the program level.
Practical Uses: See student to full-time faculty ratios at the program level, programs in which individual faculty members are teaching, and courses that contribute to program instruction. Use the information to ensure that each program has adequate teaching attention from full-time faculty.
