Benefit Highlights
Eligible employees of Liberty University are provided with a wide range of benefits. Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a variety of factors including employee classification. Contact the Human Resources Offices for more information.
Full-time benefited staff employees are eligible to enroll in benefit programs 90 days from date of hire, or from the date the employee became a benefited employee. Insurance is effective the first day of the month following the employee’s eligibility date.
Full-time benefited faculty are eligible to enroll in benefit programs upon date of hire.
