ThinkEDU Frequently Asked Questions
- Navigate to ThinkEDU.
- Sign in with your Liberty Network Account (username@liberty.edu).
- Please note that you will also need to create a ThinkEDU account to complete a purchase.
- Select Log in.
- New users should select “Click here” under First Time Customers, fill out the information form, and click “Submit Securely.”
- If you are a returning customer, enter your email and password in the appropriate field and click “Log in securely.”
- Navigate to ThinkEDU.
- Browse and select an item.
- Add it to your shopping cart.
- Click the “Check Out” button. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to enter your information, be sure to enter the correct billing address.
- Click “Submit Securely.”
- Whenever you purchase software through ThinkEDU, you should receive an email within 24 hours of your order with a download link, as well as the license key for the product.
- If you did not receive it within 24 hours of placing your order, go to ThinkEDU.com/Support and send them an email or open up a Chat. Please include your order number so they can resend the email.
- The license information is also on the order information page on your ThinkEDU account. Access to your account page can be found here. Click on your order number, which is at the bottom of the page.
Note: Please contact ThinkEDU for any and all questions regarding the reason and payment for accessing your Product Key. The Liberty University IT Helpdesk is unable to assist with this process as this is handled by ThinkEDU.
ThinkEDU accepts returns of most non-downloadable software products for 30 days from purchase and hardware for 15 days. Products must be unopened and in resellable condition. To return a non-downloadable product, email ThinkEDU, and you will be provided with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be accompanied by the RMA number, no exceptions.
