Textbook Change Deadlines

This deadlines page relates to adding or changing textbooks. If you are not adding or changing textbooks, but need to make course changes, please refer to the Deadlines for Course Changes page on our website. (Textbook Changes for Intensives & LUO Courses Listed on MBS, including Inclusive Access Projects and other electronic resources.)

Please note: Textbooks should be consistent within all sub-terms within the semester- thus there are no textbook changes in D term.

Textbook Change DEADLINES:

Summer 2025               Due 11/11/2024

Fall 2025                          Due 2/17/2025

Spring 2026                    Due 6/16/2025

Summer 2026                Due 11/10/2025

To begin the process of requesting textbooks and/or course materials for a new course or to change, add, or remove materials to an existing course, submit a Course Materials Form. Please consult the Subject Matter Expert (SME) Training Course for the actions required once the Course Materials Form is submitted.
