Biography
Dr. Tim Van Voorhis serves as an Associate Professor at Liberty University and is the Associate Chair of the Math Department. He began his career in Industrial Engineering and has specialized in this area with a focus on software development and consulting. He has since worked in sports scheduling and taught Operations Research and Industrial Engineering courses at Iowa State University. After many years of teaching Engineering, Tim transitioned into residential and online mathematics education. Today, Tim enjoys the challenge of helping students grasp difficult concepts, the daily interactions with students, and occasionally developing new courses.
