2023 Vacation Rollover

In 2022 Human Resources updated the vacation policy to allow employees to automatically roll over up to 40 hours of unused vacation time into the next calendar year. This time will be automatically converted into Workday on Monday January 9th, 2023.  

Employees & Timesaver Managers have until January 6th at 10:00 AM to make any changes in Timesaver to timecards or vacation requests from the previous year. Timesaver will be locked down after 10:00 AM and no other corrections will be able to be made. If you have questions about your PTO balance in Workday please email HR@liberty.edu.
