Biography

Dr. Vasti Holstun graduated with a Doctoral degree in Counselor Education from Adams State University, a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Southern Adventist University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from the Romanian Adventist Theological Institute. Prior to becoming a counselor educator, Dr. Holstun was a school counselor for 16 years. She is also a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Colorado Springs, CO, where she continues to provide counseling to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Dr. Holstun publishes and presents at state and national conferences on the following topics: integrating spirituality in counseling, mental health in schools, and counseling supervision.
