Biography
Dr. Schmitt worked for 10 years as a professional elementary school counselor in Gwinnett County, Georgia after graduating with his degree. In addition to the experience as a school counselor, Dr. Schmitt has worked in private practice with a focus on working with adolescents and couples. Dr. Schmitt is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia and member of the American School Counseling Association and American Counseling Association. His research background is in Gender Roles within the work setting.
