Liberty University’s Division of Ethics and Compliance reflects the university’s commitment to the highest standards of ethical and lawful conduct in all academic and business activities within our community.
The Division of Ethics and Compliance includes the following offices:

Our Mission
Ethics & Compliance will assist the university in achieving its financial, operational, and strategic goals while promoting an organizational culture that emphasizes the importance of compliance with all governing policies and regulations.
Where to Report Misconduct
Incident Report
Have you experienced or witnessed sexual misconduct or discrimination? Get your questions answered on Title IX types of prohibited conduct, anonymous reporting, and amnesty. Students or employees who experience or witness wrongful conduct should report incidents here.
LU Whistleblower Portal
The Liberty University Whistleblower Portal is a place to report suspected wrongful conduct such as fraud, waste, misconduct, or abuse of LU assets. Liberty University’s Whistleblower Policy (DocTract) promotes an environment free from wrongful conduct.
