What Will You Learn in Our Strength and Conditioning Bachelor’s Degree?

Throughout our comprehensive strength and conditioning bachelor’s degree program, you will dive deep into physical fitness, health, and human performance. In this degree program, you will start your journey by taking human anatomy and physiology courses. In these courses, you can learn about the essential functions of the human body, including human chemistry, anatomy, and organ systems. You’ll also explore psychological foundations to better understand how the human brain operates and impacts human performance.

As you progress into your major core courses, you’ll take an Introduction to Exercise Science and Physiology of Exercise course. Throughout these courses, you can gain an understanding of exercise science theory and an overall comprehension of human movement.

Furthermore, you can gain exposure to training methodologies and understand how to design and implement tailored fitness programs. You can discover how dietary choices impact the body, energy levels, muscle development, and overall athletic performance.
