Employee Giving
Since 1971, employee giving has been a tradition at Liberty University. Faculty and staff have always come together as family to support fellow employees as well as students.
Employees are encouraged to give to the fund that means most to them. Our goal is 100% participation. In order to make giving even easier for employees, the Office of Development established a payroll deduction system.
Together we can make a difference and continue this proud tradition. It only takes a spark to light the Flame — every dollar you invest changes the lives of students, faculty, and staff and carries on our mission of Training Champions for Christ.
Employee Benevolence Fund
One area of giving that directly benefits staff & faculty is the Employee Benevolence Fund. Living out Galatians 6:10 – “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.”
On behalf of the generous giving of Liberty University employees, the Employee Benevolence Fund Council is committed to an effort to provide emergency relief to eligible faculty and staff members of the University who are facing an unforeseen, emergency, financial hardship. Over the years the gifts from Liberty Employees has helped countless staff & faculty during some of their most difficult times.
