2022 Christmas Banquet

1. Banquet Sign-up
Sign-ups will be completed the week of November 14-18 by Band Officers only.

2. Ticket Payment Portal (other than transfer uniform deposit)
Use this portal for your guest who is not in the marching band OR if you are paying other than using your uniform deposit refund.

3. Table Sign-up
Designate one person to be your ‘table leader’ and have them complete this form.
Check for any duplicate names! Do not adjust any other table fields.
